New Job Corporate Lawyer - LPH/1212 Industry: Legal Job Type: Contract Location: North West England, England Salary: £30000 - £50000 per annum Our client is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their Local Authority on a contractual basis. This role requires strong and enthusiastic individual to manage existing and new caseloads within this sector. The role will involve the following; * Dealing with a variety of data sharing and data protection compliance and risk assessment. * To advise and help structure joint enterprises with other organisations. * Provide commercial and general Legal advice * Have knowledge and expertise in commercial/ business law, * Assisting on regulatory and compliance matters on a day to day basis * To advise and help structure joint enterprises with other organisations.
