Credit Control experience is essential. You will be able to manage your own caseload and have a can-do attitude. Responsible for the control of accounts receivable ledgers, to maximise cash flow and profit, reduce the risk of bad debt and ensure that accounts are properly maintained. Provide support to other credit controllers and the credit control manager. * Collection of cash by telephone and written contact with clients. * Work with partners and managers to resolve queries and disputes. * Report on key debts. * Support other credit control team members with monthly tasks such as statement runs.
