New Job Credit Hire Fee Earner - BBBH3707 Industry: Legal Job Type: Permanent Location: Sheffield, England Salary: £0.00 per annum We are presently recruiting for an experienced Credit Hire Professional to join the Motor Claims team of a successful and expanding Sheffield Law Firm. The role will involve managing a claimant caseload of litigated credit hire matters. By their nature these types of claims are complex and technical in nature , the successful candidate will be instructed at varying stages of the claim process and take the matter through to conclusion via a court hearing if necessary. Duties will include formulating an initial strategy for each case, legal research, undertaking telephone negotiations with third party Solicitors, liaising with the insured and insurers where necessary and accurately completing the dispute resolution process. This is an fantastic opportunity to gain experience of dealing with complex and technical matters. Applications will be considered from Legal Executives or Paralegals from either a claimant or defendant background. Candidates will have a thorough knowledge of the CPR gained in a Motor Claims legal environment.
