New Job Customer Quotes & Account Co-ordinator - 5278SC Industry: Accountancy Job Type: Permanent Location: Sheffield, England Salary: £14000 - £16000 per annum Our client, a successful electrical and mechanical engineering company based in North Sheffield, are looking for an experienced candidate to deal with quotations for their key clients, including a range of national retailers. Key responsibilities: *Issue quotations that reflect both the requirements of the customer whilst satisfying any statutory obligations or agreed engineering standards *Achieve required quotation, order by volume & margin, taking any appropriate action to remedy any shortfall in agreed targets *Monitor, review & develop Departmental and Inter-departmental processes and procedures *Monitor pricing schedules a directed by Line Manager *Plan and manage customer contact activity through CRM *Establish and maintain strong communication links with inter-company departments to maximise business opportunities *Develop and produce key performance indicator reports, MIS reports on a frequency as determined by the business. *Complete the appropriate administration in a timely and effective way *Identify & log opportunities for new business and expansion of existing business An Engineering Background with an understanding of Statutory & Engineering Standards or Waste Management Equipment would be highly advantageous but is not essential. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Power-point is required, along with relevant previous internal sales experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
