New Job Customer Relations Manager - KHCRM Industry: IT Job Type: Permanent Location: Chertsey, England Salary: £50000.00 - £60000.00 per annum + Car or Car Allowance This is an exciting new role with an established expanding industry leader at their Head Office based in Chertsey. The successful candidate will be dynamic, passionate and have the drive and determination to succeed. and will have a proven track record of working within a focused Customer Service Managment role. This role requires someone who is Customer Service (not revenue) driven and who is a peoples person both with internal and external clients. The role is Head of Customer Relations Manager within their retail service business. The aim of this role is to enable them to expand further on their high level of customer service and be the voice for their customers. The Head of Customer Relations will be responsible for setting the customer service strategy, developing and implementing improvement plans within Sales Order Processing, Operations Support and Service Billing functions. You will be working with the Head of Operations on strategic development and business process improvement of support services for all customers. The successful role holder will have a very strong customer relationship management background and have experience in customer service, both in delivery and recovery (SLAS/KPIS), with a demonstrable record for identifying order fulfillment service gaps and applying a structured approach to improvement. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team-building skills will be required to make this role a success along with strong financial capability and in-depth knowledge of cost drivers. You will have the ability to develop strong credible working relationships with internal stakeholders, working proactively to provide creative solutions together with proven ability in delivering results by enhancing team performance via performance management. Experience in a fast moving operational environment is ideal. You will be a high competency user of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). You will have a positive attitude and energetic approach, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to offer a more creative view. Full and valid driving license is a requirement of the role as some travelling will be involved.
