New Job Customer Service Administrator - KH/SR Industry: Call Centre and Customer Service Job Type: Permanent Location: Staines, England Salary: £11.00 - £13.00 per hour Our award winning client is looking to recruit a customer service administrator to provide efficient administrative support to their Customer Service team. You will be the first point of contact for customers with issues which will involve co-ordinating remedial works with customers. Key Responsibilities & Duties Liaise with customers, contractors and suppliers to ensure that remedial issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner and within agreed time scales Diary Management for the Customer Services Director/Customer Service Managers using Outlook Scan all required documents on to the database Run reports from the database for the CSD/CSMs as required Prepare invoices and notifications as required Prepare and manage weekly reports Secretarial duties and responsibilities, including typing, and the management of internal and external post Assist in general office administration duties Skills Exceptional administrative and organisations skills and ability to prioritise workload Able to work with minimal supervision on the majority of projects High level of written communication skills Ability to work under pressure Excellent communication skills and telephone manner Flexible with regards to daily work load Competent PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer (or other web browser) and Outlook
