New Job Customer Service Manager - £25k-£35k - AN092* Industry: Call Centre and Customer Service Job Type: Permanent Location: Eastleigh, England Salary: £25000 - £35000 per annum + Benefits, Free Parking Customer Service Manager Full Time - Core Business Hours £25k - £35k (depending on experience) Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for a large successful business based in the Eastleigh area. Our client is a specialist in its field providing facilities services to clients across the UK. The Role: Duties will include but will not be limited to: Deliver and offer excellent managerial support to the customer service team and, when required, other teams within the business Take a hands on and co-operative lead in the customer service function of the business Ensure best practice methods are enforced and used across the team Maintain quality, training and audit functions and report for use by the management team Be fully responsible for the quality of service customers receive Achieve individual and team KPI targets by developing coaching and supporting the team Manage the day to day work of the customer service team Complete regular 1-1s and reviews Be the first point of contact for all complaints and find a quick and relevant resolution Help out in other departments within the business and act as managerial cross over for sickness or holiday cover Be a hands on manager, helping the team during really busy periods, answering calls and taking messages The Ideal Candidate: Required: Must be a hands on, proactive manager and believe in leading by example Must be used to handling a small to medium sized team, monitoring their KPIs and conducting their training and 1-1 reviews etc. Must have experience in dealing with HR related issues such as disciplinarys or performance problems Will need a good level of IT and Excel experience Ideally to be successful in this role you will need to be innovative, tenacious, driven with strong attention to detail and a positive mind set Ideally candidates will also have their own method of transport, however it is not essential.
