The Electrical System Planning group in the Electronics Design department of the Nissan Technical Center North America is currently seeking motivated, dynamic, and passionate applicants for consideration. Summary: The selected candidate will be a Program Manager responsible for executing the Electrical & Electronics development process (ePM or eV3P) on responsible programs. Responsibilities for the position include: Application of ePlanning (ePM or eV3P) process to responsible programs Planning and execution of ePlanning milestone meetings for responsible programs Collecting, tracking, and analyzing KPI data to support program milestones Leading Cross Functional reviews to determine E&E impact from PPSRs, VSNs, and DCS for responsible programs Supporting the planning and execution of the Master Electrical Vehicle (All In One Vehicle) during program physical phase Planning Network Function Check (NFC) for major model prototype builds Planning and Leading Densoren meetings during program build trials to drive resolution of electrical vehicle/build issues Creating and managing program Open Issues List (OIL) Creating and updating E&E build support plans Supporting design engineers in the resolution of system level interface issues during the vehicle development process Attending weekly program meeting and summarizing key information for E&E engineers Minimum Requirements: BSEE Minimum 3-5 years of directly related professional experience within the automotive industry Program management experience Electronic component design experience Strong organizational and planning skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Microsoft Office Tools Knowledge of product development process and warranty desired All of us at Nissan - regardless of functional area or expertise - share a passion to design, manufacture and sell high-performance, fun to drive vehicles.
