The role of a roaming compliance officer is one of the upmost importance, many of the existing and future frameworks rely on strict guidelines for agencies to follow, to ensure the personnel supplied to care for the general public are, who they say there are and most importantly they are a safe and professional practitioner. Reporting directly into the Compliance Manager, the role will be to support the medical divisions of the company. The main objective of the role will be to increase the pipeline of the fully contract compliant candidates, to enable the sales teams to successfully place these personnel out into the workplace. To do this your diary will be arranged with appointments in different locations to meet these professionals, conduct interviews, gather outstanding documentation and carry out training if required to do so. You must hold a current UK Driving License and access to your own car and knowledge of medical compliance is a must.
