Due to a period of expansion and some development within their HR team they are now recruiting for an HR Administrator to join the department. This is an ideal role for someone looking to begin their HR career, or for someone looking to sit within an experienced HR team to provide support. The Role: * Support the HR Manager with monthly HR Reporting for Management and Board meetings. * Reporting to the HR Advisor, assisting with administration tasks related to existing staff members and those both joining and leaving the business. * Create personnel files and sending out welcome packs for new starters. * File HR and payroll correspondence and documentation. * Creatively put together monthly and quarterly newsletters. * Produce letters and correspondence to employees. * Assist with the organisation of Company events such as Christmas party/staff outings and staff development days. The Ideal Candidate: * Must have sound administration experience. * Could have CIPD/CPP qualification. * Ideally will have experience of working within an HR Department & s hould have a good knowledge of general HR practices * Must have good use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. * Should be happy to work under pressure, b e well organised and show initiative. * Must have a good command of written and spoken English. * Must be confident communicating with all levels of the business.
