Future, an award-winning international media group and leading digital business, is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our HR team and deliver a wide variety of HR administration tasks and team support. As HR Coordinator youll provide a high level of administration support to the HR team. Working closely with our Director of HR and Communications, HR Business Partners and Recruitment Business Partner, youll assist the team ensuring that HR support is delivered to the business in an effective and timely manner. Youll be involved across a wide range of administration tasks from end to end of the employment lifecycle, which will include generalist HR, recruitment and training administration, benefits administration and reporting requirements. Youll be a strong administrator with a keen interest in HR. Preferably youll have experience gained within an HR team and ideally have a CPP qualification or be part-qualified CIPD. Youll have demonstrable experience gained in a fast paced environment and be flexible to work across a variety of tasks. Highly organised, youll be able to prioritise tasks and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent computer skills are needed across Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel and ideally youll have some experience of using HR databases. A fantastic communicator, youll have a customer service focus and be flexible to work across a variety of tasks.
