This role is going to be supporting the Head of HR with general HR admin duties as well as managing the recruitment function. This is a busy and exciting role as the company go through a period of rapid change and development. The Role: - Compiling job specifications - Communicating with external suppliers - Uploading job adverts onto internal and external websites - Arranging/scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms - Screening CVs - Issuing employment contracts - Produce weekly reports together with all other day to day HR Administrative duties - Ongoing communications with candidates during the offer period The Ideal Candidate: - Should have in-house recruitment experience - Must possess strong administration skills - Will need to have good organisational skills & be able to multi-task - Must be confident and able to communicate with a range of personnel at all levels of the business - Should be CIPD qualified or working towards This position is available for an immediate start so please apply today if you feel you have the relevant skills and experience.
