Working with a highly trained team of Chefs you will have full control of the kitchen from Menu Design to budgets to Health & Safety You will be using all fresh produce and everything is made fresh on site. The business has a goal of gaining accolades and awards in the near future. JOB DESCRIPTION As Head Chef you will take complete control of the kitchen, menus, stock control, costings, H&S and general kitchen duties. Passion, motivation and inspiration are essential to communicate the way forward and help push the reputation forward. Communication with the proprietor is essential, but you are given freedom to use passion, flair and ability. The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, hardworking, be able to cope under pressure and will have good communication skills. Experience in a previous new opening would benefit but is not essential.
