New Job Investment Portfolio Management Surveyor - Leading Practice - MC882552 Industry: Consultancy Job Type: Permanent Location: Birmingham, England An award-winning global real estate consultancy has instructed Beach Baker with an exciting new opportunity to recruit an Investment Portfolio Management Surveyor in Birmingham. The successful candidate will play a key role within this busy orgainisation. You will be involved in working with a range of clients including property companies, investment funds, LPAs and private individuals. You will be managing some of the most high-end properties and sites in the region with a portfolio mix generally being 75% industrial and 25% offices. There will also be a significantly high level of client contact in order to develop long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will be a MRICS surveyor between 0 - 5 years PQE with a large element of your current role devoted to property management or CRE work. Candidates with a General Practice background and would like to move in to property management role will also be strongly considered. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a close-knit team of three other surveyors in the property management team.
