New Job Lean Process Director (Financial Service essential) - SS LEAN DIRECTOR Industry: Banking Job Type: Permanent Location: City of London, England Salary: £160000 - £180000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits Lean Process Director (Financial Service essential) My client are a leading investment bank who are searching for a Lean Process Director that will be responsible for planning, executing and completing Enterprise Process Reviews and proactively engaging with partner groups such as Enterprise Architecture and Risk and Controls , to address shortfalls in defined methodologies. You will be responsible for end to end delivery of Process reviews, using the Engineering methodology, along with defining and agreeing the hand off to the business and technology teams for implementation. - Top down analysis and bottom-up observations - Clear planning and execution of improvement actions in a condensed timeframe - Synthesis of main findings of analysis - Preparing and facilitating workshops - Raising awareness and getting buy in for change Managing the process review progression on a day-to-day basis Key metric definition and ongoing performance review Definition of reporting and Heat maps to help the business Process owners in decision making and prioritisation of their Book of Work Project/programme management Challenging the current operating environment Identifying innovative value added solutions Documentation and presentation of findings Project planning and implementation of change
