This exciting opportunity offers a experienced, confident and ambitious L&D advisor the change to support the Talent, Learning and Development Manager with the full training cycle from research and gap analysis to the design and implementation of creative and innovative development solutions followed with evaluation and continuous improvement. You will get the opportunity to deliver training you have created and will be required to tailor global training to match the needs of the business and county audience. Duties will include and not be limited to:- * Identifying training and development needs within the business through job analysis, appraisals and regular consultation with business managers and Global/Country Human Resource Managers. * Design creative and innovative training and deliver engaging learning that is based on both the organisations and the individuals needs ensuring internal development opportunities are maximized. Including Management Development, Sales and Product training and soft-skills training * Tailor Global Learning and training materials to ensure that these address local and country needs. Train the local trainers and provide support for the successful implantation of global learning initiatives. * Devise and manage a robust evaluation process in order to produce quantifiable and qualitative ROI data against objectives and capability measures pre and post intervention. * Conduct regular (internal and external) analysis of trends and themes in HR and L&D to continuously improve the quality of the L&D offering * Arrange and coordinate training, provide marketing to influence and support HRMs in encouraging learning and training uptake. * Encourage the completion of the annual and interim Performance Management cycle. * Action plan and implement development plans and monitor performance improvement. * Work with subject matter experts and take the instructional design lead in the development of programmes. Recommend the most appropriate delivery channel, thinking about how to maximise on learning potential beyond the usual delivery interventions. * Work with managers and staff to ensure that they understand the learning and development plan and their role in delivering it. To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and experience:- * A HR related Degree or recognised HR/L&D qualification would prove to be a advantage * Previous experience of delivering management development and soft-skill programme material essential. * Experience within the learning & development field including the delivery of creative, high energy and participative in-house courses. * Experience of training internal trainers is essential * Experience of developing e-learning is essential, Strong knowledge of different relevant Learning & Development tools/methods/trends to use. * Excellent verbal & written communication skills, to influence, motivate and engage employees to improve their skills in a variety of topics. * A highly organised self-starter able to work well on own initiative as well as within a team. Self-disciplined, entrepreneurial and self-motivated. * Strong IT literacy (especially in Microsoft packages) * Positive, proactive and motivated, thrives on owning initiatives and delivering creative and focused, quality solutions. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
