CFO Advisory practitioners act as trusted business advisors to the CFO delivering some of the largest and highest profile transformation programmes in our business. This firm are looking for talented Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers, specialising in the financial services industry, with experience in supporting the CFOs agenda from a strategic, performance & profitability perspective. You will join a leading finance solutions team focusing on providing independent advice across all aspects of Finance. Summary of Role: You will have responsibility for: - Working as part of a project team to deliver against the project objectives - Supporting the delivery of workshops, producing sections of reports, and interacting with the client on a daily basis - Developing of Finance and functional processes - Identifying and articulating key client business drivers - Supporting of client decision-making, taking account of industry context - Identifying of impacts and trends within the client - Supporting training and talent initiatives - Helping to identify sales opportunities at existing clients - Contributing to proposal documents and sales pitches Typical projects could involve: - Defining the vision and strategy for the clients Finance organisation and identifying the goals, objectives, and critical success factors - Defining the target operating model for finance - Defining the role of the clients commercial finance organisation and identifying how to optimise this - Undertaking Finance diagnostic exercises to understand the health of the Finance function and solving the challenges faces Candidate Profile: - Relevant experience in or around one or more of the Finance Strategy disciplines, i.e. Finance Operating Model, Cost Reduction, Modelling, Finance Strategy, Finance Diagnostic, Business Partnering, or Commercial Finance - Deep knowledge of one or more industry sectors, typically with 2-4 years of professional experience in Finance - Prior consulting or project based change experience - Self-motivated and ambitious with ability to motivate others - 100% Mobility within the UK, with some international travel - Experience of working with senior finance professionals - Qualified/Part Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA an advantage If you wish to apply for these roles, please email the following to [email protected]: 1.
