New Job Management Accountant - Leading Tech Firm - TC45K Industry: Accountancy Job Type: Permanent Location: London, England Salary: £40000 - £45000 per annum + Pension + Bonus + Medical My Client, a market leading Technology Company, is seeking a Qualified Cost Accountant to take charge of its Compensation Team. Reporting directly to the Head of Management Accounting you will be responsible for all compensation related information within the business. You will have great scope to drive change within the business, providing challenge to the status-quo and driving change through process improvements and system enhancements. Within this international business you will be responsible for all compensation related information for both the EMEA and APAC regions. Providing accurate and detailed reporting on all compensation related information you will have the opportunity to perform detailed analysis, providing recommendations to Senior Management that will inform future decisions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and Review bonus calculations for all personnel within the EMEA and APAC regions. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the different bonus processes including Fixed and Variable Commission schemes. Review actual payroll postings on multiple cost centres ensuring the accuracy of all relevant information. Manage highly confidential data Ensure all accounting processes are efficient, making any relevant recommendations where necessary. Liaisons with other departments, understanding their relevant needs in relation to the Compensation Team Personal Specification: ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified Experience working within a large business (£50 million Turnover) Skilled in Microsoft Applications in particular Microsoft Excel (Advance Level) Ability and relevant experience of developing and maintaining strong relationships across the business. Strong technical expertise - Up to date with best practice being able to leverage expertise to drive future growth Excellent Communications Skills.
