In this role you would responsible for the management, implementation, support, and enhancement of web and mobile technology solutions. This position is responsible for multiple aspects of Web and Mobile implementations and ongoing management including design, development, testing, monitoring, vendor relations, stakeholder coordination, security, project leadership, and the underlying hosting infrastructure. This position requires 24-hour on-call support based on a rotating schedule. Responsibilities: **Participate in the design, architecture and deployment of mission critical web and mobile based systems. **Develop, document, communicate, and enforce web and mobile technology standards across the organization including hardware and software. Review new and existing systems for compliance with technology standards and architecture. **Proactively manage security reviews and assessments of the organizations web and mobile platforms. **Proactively monitor and coordinate installation of security patches for all web and mobile platforms. **Work with users from different departments or IT Management to gather and document business requirements, and translate these into technical specifications and solutions. **Track project milestones, coordinate meetings, and facilitate deliverables from vendors. **Manage Web hosting infrastructure including hardware and software. **Manage the organizations external Domain Name System (DNS) **Manage the organizations Web Application Firewall (Imperva) **Pro-actively manage and configure the organizations primary web presence. (Microsoft ASP.NET, Ektron CMS). **Manage the organizations primary search platform (Microsoft FAST) and provide expert input for metadata-related projects and SEO efforts **Monitor all assigned Web sites for performance or service issues. Proactively perform maintenance and performance tuning on sites/servers as needed. **Oversee the management of all Web related databases (Microsoft SQL Server). **Oversee the management of backup and recovery procedures and facilities for all web and mobile platforms. **Support and manage the organizations web traffic analysis tool (Google Analytics). Develop custom reports as needed. **Ensure appropriate security and controls are in place for the organizations Active Directory domain for the Web. **Conduct performance analysis of web applications (load testing). **Manage the organizations mobile developer accounts (i.e. Apple, Google) **Coordinate the implementation and release of mobile apps with third party development vendors **Maintain a working knowledge of user experience and usability best practices, and provide related guidance on assigned projects **This position requires 24-hour on-call support based on a rotating schedule.
