The Messaging Administrator will possess advanced knowledge and proven experience of working within an enterprise messaging platform. Experience of providing technical support on Microsoft Exchange 2010 and 2013 plus exceptional trouble shooting and strong communication skills are key. Experience of working with Blackberry Enterprise Service and MobileIron are desirable. This role is ideal for someone that is truly passionate about all things relating to messaging and exchange. This position is a key technical role, responsible for the operation, support and contributing towards improvements of the entire Messaging environment. Providing appropriate architectural input as required, for enterprise scale technology solutions, acting as the subject matter expert within this technology area. In this role you will Develop, maintain and document detailed knowledge of systems management, monitoring and recovery across the spectrum of Messaging infrastructure and services, supporting high-capacity, high-availability, business-critical applications and services.
