New Job Office Administrator - MRK886961 Industry: Admin and Secretarial Job Type: Permanent Location: Hemel Hempstead, England Salary: £19000 - £21000 per annum Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire our local client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team for 2 months temporary with the view to come permanent. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years experience as an administrator and have a willingness to develop their skills in an office environment. You must be a highly organised, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and have the flexibility to support and help other members of the team. You should have a customer focused attitude and be approachable, dependable and confident. We are looking for someone with a strong competence in IT, particularly MS Excel, Work & PowerPoint. Job responsibilities: Collate monthly meetings packs Provide administration support to field based operations team including sending reports, letters and collating information Support and assist with arrangements for Company conferences/brand day meetings including accommodation and transport bookings Create and update presentations for monthly webinars and meetings Maintain up to date records of licensing documentation including current premises license, personal licenses and key holder information Manage the licensing information and files, including ensuring relevant people have their personal licence Day to day administration of the office Answer telephone and direct the queries to the relevant person Maintain stationery levels and order as required Book meeting rooms including arranging refreshments as required Sort and distribute the post to relevant recipients, maintaining credit on the franking machine Book couriers, order flowers, maintain kitchen suppliers and consumable equipment Complete administration in relation to diaries, travel arrangements and expense reconciliation for Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer Complete any ad hoc tasks as and when required For more information about this role or any other Office Administrator jobs in Hemel Hempstead please dont hesitate to contact me in confidence or visit our website mrkassociates.co.uk Every application will receive a response as this is recognised working practice at MRK Associates.
