New Job Office Manager - NORTH/CW/OFF Industry: Admin and Secretarial Job Type: Permanent Location: Northampton, England Salary: £20000 - £23000 per annum Role: Office Manager Location: Northampton Salary: £20k - £23k - Dependant on experience Berry Recruitment are currently requiring a competent and experienced Office Manager to help run an office based within central Northampton. Duties will include but are not limited to: *Meeting and greeting *Manage internal staff members through morning sales meeting, keeping updated with potential orders. *Answering and forwarding telephone calls *Sorting and distributing post *Stationary Ordering *Email support and administration duties such as execution of outbound emails and letters on behalf of the Company as directed by the company owner *Liaising with new and existing suppliers, sourcing and comparing competitive rates. *Provide administration support to other members of staff as and when required *Processing invoices via SAGE *Handling incoming queries from staff members and clients. Knowledge of the vehicle industry desirable but not essential. Working hours: 8.30 - 17.00 (45 minute lunch) Temporary to Permanent position - start date ASAP
