New Job Oracle Solution Architect - CPOSA0001 Industry: IT Job Type: Permanent Location: London, England My client is a leading Management Consultancy who are an Oracle Diamond partner. They are looking to hire an experienced Oracle Solution Architect to join their ever expanding Oracle practice. The role will see the successful candidate working in Oracle-focused project environments. You will need to work with clients to establish business requirements and then design and oversee the delivery of a cohesive business solution maximising and optimising the full strategic Oracle product set or alternate third party products. You will also lead on the solution design through all the project phases from bid to delivery. During delivery you will be expected to maintain the integrity of the design and the ability to resolve business issues will be essential. The role will involve a mixture of providing business and IT consulting skills and you must have excellent interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills. A key emphasis is on delivering projects that make a difference and ensuring the delivery of quantifiable benefits to the client. Essential Skills In performing this role, the candidates must be able to demonstrate the following; *Must have experience of writing bids and delivering formal presentations to the client as part of the bid process. *Must have a proven track record of leading delivery and/or client teams in Oracle e-Business Suite implementations across the multiple areas of Oracle ERP; *Must have experience with Defining, articulating and estimating complex projects based on Oracle e-Business Suite *Must be able to demonstrate a proven ability to architect innovative solutions which deliver value to clients *Building and maintaining effective client relationships The role will also include business and work management and the candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in; *Feasibility studies and Business case development *Programme and Project audits and reviews *The ability to build new client relationships and identify and develop opportunities for new business *A deep understanding and knowledge of the market drivers in at least one major industry sector *Experience of managing complex contracts and commercial arrangements, but with clients and with sub-contractors.
