Job summary To work alongside the Director of Family and care services in the development and implementation of the model of care, clinical aspects of the HR and volunteering plan, and high quality clinical education programmes. To work alongside clinical colleagues in a training and development capacity and assist the Director of Family and Care Services in the delivery of all services in line with OFSTED, CQC, and CHKS. To support medicines management with nursing staff and work as a member of the Hospice care team in caring for children and young people and their families. This role will encompass a number of specific responsibilities as well as general responsibilities and a full job specification will be provided upon application. Essential Requirements *The successful candidate must be an RCN registered nurse with a current NMC pin and educate to degree level in an appropriate subject. *You will have Paediatric Palliative care training or proven knowledge about the principles and theories underpinning childrens palliative care. *Experience of designing, delivering and evaluating training If this is something that interests you then we want to hear from you!
