The function defines, manages and implements Risk and Control related activities. You will have: Extensive experience in a Programme Delivery role Significant experience in Quality Assurance/Health Check roles and/or leading QA teams Working knowledge of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Excellent communication and analytical skills The ability to work in a multi-cultural, global environment The ability to work effectively in larger teams Experience of defining and driving program structure, success factors and Quality Assurance standards Experience of managing, reporting, planning and resourcing across multiple projects
