New Job Presales Support (Core Banking) - PreSupp/1204/P Industry: IT Job Type: Permanent Location: Luxembourg, Luxembourg Salary: €60000 - €70000 per annum Presales Support (Core Banking) Key words: Business Solution Manager - Presales Support - Presales Consultant - Core Banking Systems - T24 - Globus - Olympic - Flexcube - Finacle - BaNCS OVERVIEW: My banking client is looking for a Presales Support / Business Solution Manager (BSM) to promote assigned core-banking products and services by assisting the Sales Team (New Business and Account Management) in sales and pre-sales activities. The Presales Support / Business Solution Manager (BSM) will contribute to core-banking product evolution by informing the Product Management Unit with relevant information from the Market (clients, prospects, partners, competitors). PRESALES SUPPORT: *Support sales actions initiated by Sales Managers or Account Managers. *Prepare and deliver core-banking system presentations, demonstrations, workshops & proofs of concept in collaboration with the sales force. *Prepare responses to RFI/RFP submitted by the Sales Team or AM. *Participate in workshops in collaboration with Product and Consulting Dept. Managers. *Coordinate Company internal resources (gap analysis, implementation & support) for optimised support. *Responsible as a team member for the demonstration environments (scripts, parameterization, quality and integrity of the database, performance). *Report on all steps of pre-sales activities according to Company sales methodology, tools and techniques. *Lead /participate in promotion campaign in collaboration with the SM/AM. *Responsible with other presales team members for the creation & maintenance of the core-banking systems sales kit: presentations (slides), product brochures, competitions analysis, demo scripts, business cases and writing of Success Stories. *Contribute to the drafting of product sheets (Edition/Validation). *Occasionally prepare and write articles for newspapers and specialized magazines. *Organise, manage and participate in marketing campaigns, trade fairs and exhibitions. PRODUCT MANAGEMENT: *Participate in meetings on the Product Evolution (informing the Product Management Unit of clients requirements, competitors, and market best practices). *Participate in testing of new versions of the product. *Monitoring of the competition. *Prepare and deliver product presentations. *Prepare and deliver responses to RFI/RFP. *Responsible for the quality and consistency of product demonstration environments. *Report monthly on presales activities. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: *At least 3 years of business and/or technical experience in a software or consultancy company, preferably in an international environment with strong banking and/or IT focus. *Deep knowledge of at least one core-banking system (T24, Globus, Olympic, Flexcube, Finacle, BaNCS, etc). *Sales oriented attitude with excellent listening abilities. *Curious and resourceful demeanour. *University degree or equivalent technical school. *Deep knowledge of the banking market. *Expert knowledge of the business area and products assigned to you. *Capability to mobilise resources and lead small presales projects. *Strong communication, presentation and writing skills. *Excellent ability to quickly analyse customers key issues in relation to business requirements. *Strong interpersonal relationship skills. *Comfortable in client facing activities. *Keen on acquiring in-depth knowledge of software products. *Able to propose solutions to answer new business issues. LANGUAGES: *Fluent level in both French and English (reading, writing and oral). More information is available on request.
