New Job Project Administrator - QMTPA14 Industry: Engineering Job Type: Temporary Location: Oxford, England Salary: £15.97 per annum Responsibility Scope: Responsibility for administration support within vehicle projects with regards to monitoring and reporting of key QMT activities within PEP and series in order to ensure Project milestones are being achieved. Provide support through supplier meetings to manage QZF/QZS and PQM status and provide transparency to the required M Division departments. Key Accountabilities Weekly update of RMT status and issue to individual engineers and Group Leaders. Collating data from RMT database and producing status in graph and chart formats using Excel tables. Support in development of improved reporting format. Support individual Engineers with system administration with AT/MUP activities for both SBWE and F56 projects. Maintaining database and production of weekly/monthly reporting documents for the F56 project wall. Update of the monthly ZMS graphs for board review taking reports from RMT. Involvement in build preparation - transparency of build levels for parts and co-ordination with QMT Engineers for the end of build clarification of remaining stock levels. During build phases - steering and responsibility for the Q Loop Process for pre series build part replacement driven by quality loop changes. Liaising with supplier contacts, internal contacts and QMT Engineers to ensure timely and managed introduction of improved parts into the pre series builds. Run meetings with suppliers to manage QSF/QZS & PQM status and provide transparency to the required M-Division. Support in preparation of reports and presentations for TO-M-6 projects. Liaising with external departments - TO-1, TO-4, TO-5, TO-M, Mx-xx, MZ-Lx.
