New Job Projects Co-ordinator - 3497747483929002 Industry: Engineering Job Type: Contract Location: Stroud, England Salary: £21000 - £22000 per annum + Benefits Projects Co-ordinator We are currently seeking a Projects Co-ordinator to join the Projects team. The key focus of this new role will be to ensure that assigned project activities are executed correctly and in a timely manner whilst also providing an interface between our Customers and the Company Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Liaising with all internal departments and customers regarding assigned orders. *Providing assistance with the creation of project plans. *Ensuring timely order status reporting. *Creating Project SMDL (Supplier Master Documentation List). *Ensuring the timely submission and expediting of all submitted documents against the SMDL (internal and external). *Assisting with monitoring project actual costs against estimates. *Maintaining project registers and files. *Providing input for major proposals, re-quotes, clarifications and change orders. *Co-ordinating client visits to our site and vice versa. *Continuing to support RMA system. The successful candidate will preferably have existing company product knowledge (subsea equipment), good communication and computer literacy skills i.e. general understanding of Microsoft Office applications. We will also be looking for good analytical / numerical skills combined with a level of manufacturing knowledge. Additional training will be provided in areas such as customer interface, customer / industry specifications, industry knowledge, customer products, contract negotiation, customer e-procurement systems and project close-out (cost reviews).
