The role involves taking responsibility for the whole of the Purchase Ledger / Cash payment function: Posting invoices Dealing with queries phone / email Reconcile statements Post payments Chase internal queries SAGE 50 experience Matching / Batching invoices This is a 3 month (possibly longer) interim role within a busy finance department; ideally you will have experience working with SAGE 50. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a busy environment with a strong understanding of Purchase Ledger processes. You will be able to work unsupervised, be able to deal with queries to completion and have a professional attitude. Interviews are to be held this week (WC 2.6.14) so must be available to start immediately.
