New Job Qualified Allocations Accountant - FTSE 250 Tech Firm - qm30 Industry: IT Job Type: Permanent Location: City of London, England Salary: £55000 - £60000 per annum + Excellent Benefits and Bonus Radley Green are seeking a qualified management accountant with strong experience in the allocations process, and Excel to advanced level (VBA / Macros), to join a FTSE 250 industry leading Tech firm. The role is part of a team tasked with maintaining and improving the allocations process, producing concise reports for Senior Management and challenging existing systems, driving performance and efficiency. Offering a basic salary of £55k - £60k in addition to market leading benefits and bonus, this role is on a permanent basis, and requires candidates who have excellent communication skills, and experience working within a corporate environment liaising with stakeholders on a global basis. Responsibilities include: Ensure specific costs are fully allocated, in an accurate and timely manner Maintain key inputs into the global allocations model Challenge and drive improvements in the accuracy of postings Produce monthly reports for the company, and periodical debit notes to specific regions Build / develop models using a variety of data mining applications Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, month end housekeeping and understanding of accruals and prepayments Seek continuous improvement and cost efficiency in processes within the allocations team You will ideally have: Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA, with experience of allocations accounting Strong academic background (2:1 min from respected university) Excel to advanced level (VBA / Macros) Experience working within blue-chip technology / financial services firms (preferred) Excellent communication skills, liaising with various stakeholders across the business This is an excellent role, offering an opportunity to join a leading technology firm, working in a varied role, so please do not hesitate to apply should you fit the requirements.
