New Job Quantity Surveyor (PQS) - 191862 Industry: Building and Construction Job Type: Permanent Location: Warwickshire, England Salary: £30000 - £40000 per annum + benefits This long-established construction consultancy, having over 70 years track record in the industry, is looking to add to their team based in Warwickshire. They offer a full Quantity Surveying and Project Management service to a variety of clients working from initial consultation and feasibility through to completion. Much of their current work is with leisure clients conducting fast track fitouts. This requires strong planning skills and robust management of the project from start to finish. Were looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their small, but friendly team in Warwickshire. As much of the work is currently traditional, they do need someone able to undertake take-offs and measurement, as well as being able to provide full pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services managing the project through to completion. This firm has a professional and friendly approach and are comfortable with flexible working practises as far as possible given the requirements of the client. They have earned a lot of loyalty from their client base with a good proportion of repeat work and there is some travel across the UK.
