New Job Receptionist with a Health & Safety Twist - FWRECEPT Industry: Admin and Secretarial Job Type: Temporary Location: Christchurch, New Zealand Coverstaff are market leaders in the industrial recruitment market in Christchurch. Based on our front desk you will be responsible for meeting and greeting candidates, arranging registrations and inductions, talking to candidates about jobs but most importantly ensuring they are fully equipped and issued with all the necessary Health & Safety gear. This is not a phone based role It will be your main responsibility to issue and keep accurate records of gear that has been allocated to candidates. You will need to have a high level of organisation to be able to keep track of stock levels. You will have excellent record keeping skills with your attention to detail bordering on neurotic! In addition to the Health & Safety focus and being the face of Coverstaff you will have a variety of other administration tasks and duties to keep you busy and challenged, in recruitment no two days are the same! Ideally you will come from an Industrial Recruitment background or have had some experience or exposure to the Recruitment Industry. You will need Intermediate computer ability and be able to pick up new systems quickly. Initially this position is starting as a temporary role; however there is a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. We are looking for some to start as soon as possible.
