They are seeking a Sales Director with an impeccable track record of selling broadcast media SaaS solutions to join them. An unparalleled product range and expert internal resources to understand customer business models and identify areas where my clients service can transform their efficiency and profitability will support the Sales Director in this individual contributor position. Successful applicants will have experience engaging clients at a senior level, explaining and selling SaaS products on a technical and commercial level, managing existing relationships and building new ones, as well as a proven ability to manage the sales activity with regards to pipeline forecasting, mapping, contracts, and legal requirements. The successful Sales Director will be responsible for: *Managing the complex sales process from initial conversation through to close, engaging internal resources when necessary *Establishing, managing, and developing relationships with key stakeholders across multiple departments at video publishing companies *Providing a consultative service for prospective and existing clients to become a trusted resource by recommending the best solutions and methods *Understanding each target customers business model, map their organization and identify how their business and technical needs can benefit from my clients products and services *Effectively managing business as it relates to ongoing sales activity including pipeline forecasting, organizational mapping, contracts, proposals, and legal *Understanding the latest developments in the video delivery technology market & architecture Required experience for the Sales Director position includes: *5+ years of strategic sales experience, delivering six and seven figure deals *Documented history of consistently exceeding quotas within a SaaS based model *Background building relationships within enterprise organizations in a consultative role *Ability to understand and articulate new technologies comprehensively *Experience developing and executing a complex sales strategy across multiple organizations and departments *Knowledge of online video technologies, big data analytics, and global internet infrastructure *Understanding of the media technology relationships within the Internet television business *Demonstrated ability to work cross-organizationally, aligning multiple stakeholders and internal teams *Experience negotiating complex deals driving maximum value for both customers and the business *Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills *Energetic, driven, flexible, and tenacious *Competitive and team-oriented In return they offer a competitive salary with extensive benefits including a 401(k), paid holiday, health benefits, and a fantastic work environment (with catered lunches daily and pool tables!).
