New Job Sales Manager - SC117565 Industry: Sales Job Type: Permanent Location: Aylesbury, England Salary: £40000 - £45000 per annum + OTE My client is a large independent provider of training, offering training programmes across England. Some of the duties required in this role will include: * Line management of Marketing & Social Media Manager, Telesales Manager, Account Managers and Sales & Marketing Support * Agree and achieve business development targets for the Company. * Work with the Chief Executive, establishing and implementing a Company strategy for diversifying income base to increase sources of income. * Promote the Companys provision to internal and external stakeholders and partners, achieving recognition of the Company as a vital contributor to local and regional initiatives * Manage relationships with key external agencies * Set team sales targets & commission structure * Generate revenue from business contacts and developing a network of high value clients * Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures by leading by example Some of the personal attributes that are required for this position are: * Be IT literate in Word, Excel, MS Outlook and use of the Internet * Diploma or Level 4 equivalent qualification in Management(or willingness to work towards) * Level 2 qualification in English, Maths & IT/ICT or equivalent * Willingness to undertake appropriate CPD * Proven track record of strategic business development * Experience of managing and developing staff * Marketing expertise * Ability to inspire and motivate others to succeed * A commitment to achievement * Evidence of continual professional development in own occupational area * Initiate, build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders at a strategic level * Manage and motivate managers and colleagues across the company, playing a high profile leadership role * Create an environment in which development is actively encouraged, pursued and recognised DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF APPLICANTS ONLY SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED.
