Opportunities for growth within the organization. The Senior Collections Customer Account Representative requires a minimum of 3-5 years previous AUTOMOTIVE collections experience. Prior training and coaching experience in a call-center or financial environment a plus. This position negotiates resolutions for accounts that are 90-120 days past due up to repossession . Position handles escalated calls, trains, and coach customer account representatives by providing one-on-one training and feedback. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years previous AUTOMOTIVE collections experience. Excellent computer skills, including proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to train and coach other reps. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sound decision making and problem solving skills. A solid understanding of all aspects of the Siebel application. College Degree in Business or related discipline preferred, High School Diploma required. The selected candidates must be able to work flexible hours up to 9:00 P.M. - depending on the assigned region as well as be available for rotating weekend shifts.
