New Job Senior Electrical & Controls Engineer - PTR14/349 Industry: Engineering Job Type: Permanent Location: Warwickshire, England Salary: £45000 - £55000 per annum + benefits Senior Electrical and Controls Engineer-Warwickshireto £55k+ benefits Our client specialise in the design and build of world-leading special-purpose machine tools for a diverse range of automotive and aerospace applications for export to clients throughout Europe, US, South Africa, South-East Asia, China & India, and as a result of continued success and a planned programme of strategic growth, are now looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced, highly self motivated and multi-talented Electrical and Control Systems Engineer to join their established and hard-working successful team. Working as part of a team as well as autonomously, the successful candidate will undertake a range of duties and responsibilities that will include (but not be limited to) *Programming PLCs, HMIs and Servo systems (Siemens and Allen Bradley) for bespoke machines from concept to handover *Testing, Commissioning and Servicing of Machines *Designing Electrical Control Systems *Problem solving both on-site at customer premises and remotely via email/web/access *Liaising with Customers and Suppliers in the UK and Overseas To be considered for this varied and challenging role, you will realistically demonstrate at least 3 years experience with Siemens and / or Allen Bradley systems and be qualified to Degree level in Electrical / Control Engineering (although HND with proven experience in the design of machinery and automation solutions will also be considered). You will operate in a highly organised and tidy work style and be flexible to travel overseas for short periods to customer sites on occasion.
