Within this award winning group each pub has its own style and flavour. With over 40 pubs in the group they are all informal places for people who like to meet, eat, drink and talk in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. This well renowned High End gastro pub group are currently recruiting for Sous Chefs and Chefs De Partie in the Midlands and in Cheshire. Sous Chefs for this group must have: *Excellent cooking skills *Experience in helping to set and achieve GP percentages *Ability to manage high volumes with the right standards of quality and consistency. Coupled with the Head Chef you will: *Help write the menus *Assist in sourcing ingredients from the best suppliers *Set and maintain the highest standards of food quality and consistency. *Need to efficiently run service in the Head Chefs absence and so your kitchen management and organisational skills will be of paramount importance. *Be paid a brilliant salary of £24,000 to £26,000 per annum This is a vital role in the pub and is an excellent stepping stone on the road to managing your own kitchen.
