New Job Supplier Quality Engineer - 465655 Industry: Manufacturing and Production Job Type: Permanent Location: Worcestershire, England Salary: £24000 - £25000 per annum Position: Supplier Quality Engineer Location: Worcestershire Salary: £25k MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Visit Supplier plants on a routine basis Ensure any corrective actions are implemented Arrange sorting of stock for Quality flow outs Monitor customer/Supplier returns in line with procedures Investigate company/suppliers problems related to Quality Use standard problem solving techniques for root cause analysis Identify process capability on key manufacturing characteristics and develop & maintain Parts Evaluation Spec Sheet plan to customer requirements Effective management of firewall process To undertake other reasonable duties as directed by the Quality Manager Qualification / Experience. 3 years experience in supplier management Comprehensive understanding of : SPC, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, PSW, 8D, Control plans, run at rate and problem follow up closure management. Must have TS16949 audit training.
