The successful candidate will be working with national and private client estates involved with a range of interesting and challenging projects from maintenance, repair, alteration, refurbishment and conversion, through to new build/development schemes. We are seeking a Building Surveyor with a broad range of capabilities including specification writing and contract administration. Working within an established team, you will be responsible for your own instructions and assisting with the continued growth of the team. Candidates must also have a keen interest in and knowledge of traditional construction and conservation on historic/listed buildings. The ideal candidate will be MRICS with team management as an existing Associate but strong Senior Surveyors who are looking to take their next career step will also be considered.
