New Job Technical Project Manager -CRM, Agile, SCRUM. - 18684 Industry: IT Job Type: Contract Location: Weybridge, England Salary: £320 - £340 per day Technical Project Manager, CRM, Agile, SCRUM, Prince Methodology. Technical Project Manager required for EU Roll out on a 3 month rolling project. Location will be in Weybridge and possible European Travel. PURPOSE OF THE JOB: This new role has arisen that will require you to work on a European CRM Programme as the Position of Technical Project Manager. For this role you will be responsible for the end to end Technical Delivery of a European CRM Solution as well as running a Project Office to help control Technical Governance of the Project and assist in setting up Best Practices and Governance Procedures to keep the smooth running of the project. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Manages the definition of project scope and objectives in an AGILE/Prince Methodology Suite. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Planning and Resource of Technical Work-streams. Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals. Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholders needs and requirements continuously in view. Work collaboratively with Remote teams and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities, and to ensure that all communications between the company and its stakeholders are precise. Full Responsibility and Management of Support Staff. Full Responsibility of deliverance of the various Technical Website Solutions on behalf of the company for various Subsidiary Stakeholders. Responsible for assisting in setting up a Project office and to assist in managing governance procedures in according with Best Practice Project Methodology. Methodology - Is fully versed in AGILE/SCRUM and Prince Methodology and be able to demonstrate and plan running parallel methodologies in a full project lifecycle. Delegation - Delegates work assignments; Matches the responsibility to the person; Gives authority to work independently; Sets expectations and monitors delegated activities; Provides recognition for results.
