New Job Transition Manager - LD1 Industry: Banking Job Type: Permanent Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland Salary: €35000 - €42000 per annum + benefits & bonus Transition Manager/ Tier 1 Investment Bank/ Dublin/ €35 - 42 K Per Annum + Benefits & Bonus Essential: Experience of Transition Management Project Management experience Good Process skills and experience Strong experience in a bank or large organisation Role: My client (a tier 1 investment bank) is recruiting for a Transition Manager to manage a cross product range of Transition portfolio projects ensuring appropriate governance and operational requirements are captured and delivered in line with stakeholder requirements. The Transition Manager will be responsible for: Ensuring timely and quality of delivery of all assigned Transition projects, providing appropriate clear project updates as required. Engage in discussions with stakeholders providing guidance and support for requests involving headcount transferring to Dublin. Develop and foster strong relationships with senior sending/receiving business managers. Attend where appropriate Workstream calls as part of the project delivery Act as a technical subject matter expert to which provides appropriate training and guidance to team members and stakeholders Build relationships and synergies across local Workstream to ensure greater collaboration Provide regular communications to keep stakeholders up-to-date on the projects delivery and outcome through right communication plan Monitor and proactively foresee projects / delivery inter-dependent or external risks/issues with appropriate plan / actions / solutions to de-risk Continuously look for improving the current process and advises accordingly to the team and transition project management office
