New Job Treasury Project Administrator & Analyst - HtresPro Industry: Accountancy Job Type: Permanent Location: Crawley, England Salary: £30000 - £40000 per annum Treasury Project Administrator & Analyst Location: Crawley Position: Permanent Salary: Circa £30k to £40k TRANSITION PROJECT OBJECTIVE The Treasury Project Bank goal and objective is to align the current cash management processes & procedures with the Parent Company model for the following areas : Parent Company Core banks and funding policies, Intercompany (IC) netting & reconciliation processes, It is a global project with 17 regions in scope; covering 27 reporting entities. (Europe 8 regions, 14 entities; Asia 7 regions, 10 entities and Americas 2 regions, 3 entities) It will also require SAP/payment file configuration and include enhancing the use of SAP functionality and payment files. PROJECT ROLE SPECIFICATION This role will be the Project Administrator; working closely with the Treasury Manager, Treasury Project Manager, the IM, SAP Treasury Consultant and other participants of the project to ensure the process is managed efficiently and the project requirements are delivered within the scoped timelines. Working with the UK Treasury team; for completion of KYC and bank account opening documentation requirements. Setting up and maintaining hard copy document files, containing all relevant bank & cash pooling documentation, for distribution to the relevant teams after the transition has been completed. Arranging and setting up project related meetings, as and when required. Attending meetings with the Treasury Manager, the Treasury Project Manager and/or the IM, SAP Treasury Consultant; in order to take meeting notes and capture actions, potential issues and questions. Maintaining the overall project plan, such that critical path tasks, resource bottlenecks, etc, are always clearly understood. Help to co-ordinate the various project streams Ownership of the project action and question lists, ensuring it is regularly updated, that information is accurate, with clear deadlines and responsibilities. Follow up on overdue actions on a regular basis and escalate to the relevant project lead non-compliance. Providing any project information required for regular project update meetings, steering committees and ad hoc meetings and presentations. Assisting IM project team with form verification for customer invoices, statements, etc. Ensuring changes are updated correctly with the new bank account information. Preparation of project progress updates to the Steering Committee and project team. Participation in other project related requirements when required. NON-PROJECT TASKS These include support for day to day treasury processes as required, and month end working capital KPI reporting and other treasury controls. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE : Good interpersonal and communication skills, Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint, Previous experience in a Treasury or Banking environment Able to work both independently and also within a project team
