We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill an opening for a Vehicle Evaluation and Test Engineer at our Stanfield, AZ location. Responsibilities: Contribute to successful sales through validating product attractiveness and communicating Infiniti Brand value story to the customers. Define and propose the essential factors to offer more salable products from the viewpoint of customer value (Dynamic Performance, Life on Board) Set vehicle- and system-level targets for dynamic and static attributes for Infiniti and FR Platform vehicles. Evaluate design and prototype vehicles to judge achievement of vehicle targets. Propose countermeasures to resolve concerns and work cross functionally to ensure c/m is implemented and effective. Document all test and development activity through test reports and meeting minutes Organize activities to achieve key project milestones Prepare summary report before key milestones & meetings. Be a technical leader for the projects within Marketability. T ravel approximately 25%, both domestic and international Qualified candidates must possess: Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited university required. 5 years R&D vehicle development or related experience. Customer Oriented Evaluation experience. Experience using SpaceVision and Microsoft Office Applications. Excellent Presentation/communication skills. Demonstrated history for taking proactive approach and working cross-functionally and cross-culturally with Engineering, Design, and Product Planning, both within the NNA region as well as with other regions such as NTC and NTCE. Experience in data gathering and analysis of customer needs and expectations as well as summarizing and presenting the results. Knowledge of vehicle engineering and testing. Ability to meet Nissan Way attributes with emphasis on Cross-functional / Cross-cultural, Transparent, Learner, Competitive, Measure, Motivate.
