New Job Vehicle Technician - 893851 Industry: Automotive Job Type: Permanent Location: Salisbury, England Salary: £18000 - £25000 per annum Vehicle Technician - Salisbury - £18K- £25K - plus bonus scheme Job Description: Hours Full Time - to include a Saturday rota Main duties We are looking for a Technician who is possibly looking for a new challenge, in a different location. You will diagnose, service and repair vehicles, to the highest standards and maintain good health & safety rules at all times. Carry out repairs within manufacturers repair times. Undertaking routine services and new vehicle PDI`s. Test drive vehicles. Fault finding and diagnosing faults. Complete all documentation in line with company and manufacturer requirements. To maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. To maintain and update your individual experience, skills and knowledge through training programmes. The ideal candidate You will possess excellent diagnostic knowledge and will be used to working to strict deadlines, economically and to the required quality standards. You will consider good workmanship a priority and first time fix along with consistent customer service results will be pre-requisite. The ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally. Always listens effectively and asks questions to ensure full understanding. Works with others to build positive relationships in order to achieve a common goal. Provides and requests support from colleagues where applicable. Clearly understands customers needs and delivers effective solutions to match these needs. Effectively resolves customer issues as required and presents a positive image of the company to the customer. Have a flexible approach to work commitments and the ability to adapt behaviour and work methods in response to new information, changing conditions or unexpected obstacles whilst maintaining effectiveness.
