New Job Web Developer - 145172 - BBBH968 Industry: IT Job Type: Contract Location: Lehi, Utah Salary: Market Rates Adobe is in search of a Web Publisher to oversee content publishing for Adobe and associated microsites and landing environments. The Web Publishing team works alongside the creative, editorial, and technical teams in the assembly of content to build all web pages. Acting as one of the final sets of eyes on the site, the Web Publisher coordinates with the engineering and the design teams under tight deadlines to integrate a variety of content and to achieve a consistent, successful product for our customers. Key qualifications * Has experience with web production and content management systems, and is proficient with front-end web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript). * 3-5 years experience in technology, operations, retail, e-commerce and/or customer support organization. * Must work well with aggressive deadlines, while maintaining data integrity and accuracy. * Strives for a superior customer experience and is extremely detailed with their thoughts, work, and process. * Has a positive, can-do attitude. * Is efficient, a problem-solver at heart, and thrives, yet remains cool under pressure. * Is comfortable shifting gears, and can pick-up technical tasks quickly; can learn on the fly and apply those learnings quickly. * Takes time to study and understand the essence and underlying structure of systems/problems, finding common grounds to solve problems for a seamless customer experience. * Enjoys and helps promote a healthy collaborative team environment. * Understands web site architecture and maintenance. * Thrives in the face of ambiguity and constant change. * Must be willing and able to accommodate flexible work schedule during critical business periods, including extended hours. * Must exhibit high degree of ownership and accountability. * Must be prepared to travel when required (infrequent). * Excellent communication skills. * JavaScript and HTML5 experience a plus. * Adobe Scene7/CQ5 experience a plus Description * Use content management systems to execute and maintain product and marketing content on Adobe websites, ensuring accuracy while meeting aggressive deadlines. * Create and maintain documentation and drive best practices within the publishing organization. * Identify and drive ways to improve production processes and quality of assets delivered. * Support Engineering testing and implementation of new WCMS features and functionality enhancements. * Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, coordinating with internal and external teams, to drive timely resolution of customer facing and internal issues. * Perform Quality Assurance (QA) for both your own work and that of the team, always striving for perfection. * Stay up to speed on new Publishing tools and feature enhancements to existing systems. * Retain open communication with global publishing teams to coordinate content localization. Education * BA/BS degree, or equivalent. **Please note this is a W-2 Contract position**
