They are now looking for two chefs in the kitchen. These are full time positions and they will work under our new Head Chef in a fantastic environment thats open serving food from 8am until close 7 days a week. Shifts are mainly straight but some splits will be required in line with the needs of the business and theres two days a week off with weekends generally being one in 4 or 5! The constantly changing menu speaks volumes for the venue with everything prepared freshly from locally sourced suppliers. The successful applicant will be a team worker of enthusiasm, who enjoys working in a busy dynamic and energetic proud working environment where all are encouraged to mix with our guests and hard work and creativity are recognised and rewarded.
