New Kingdom Trumpet Newspaper ETHIOPIA SHALL RISE: THE LEADER IS AN EMBODIMENT OF LOVE Our Lord Jesus Christ says that everything will pass away but love abides forever. If you do not show the expression of love it will not profit you anything. People have done several things, but since they cannot show the expression of love, all their labor is in vain. The things I am telling you now are not drawn from the Bible. I am not taught by any person. The concept is in-born in me. That is why when people read these gospels they conclude that they are not from the Bible. It is true that they do not come from the Bible. ANY SENSIBLE MAN WHO READS THE GOSPELS WILL KNOW THAT THESE WORDS ARE NOT DRAWN FROM MAN BUT THEY ARE THE WORDS OF GOD. PEOPLE WILL NO LONGER COME IN HERE TO BE HEALED OF THEIR INFIRMITIES; BUT THEY WILL STAY WHERE THEY ARE AND READ THE GOSPELS AND THEIR EYES WILL BE OPENED AND THEIR INFIRMITIES WILL BE HEALED. NOT LONG FROM NOW, ALL THE TELEVISION STATIONS IN THE WORLD AND RADIO HOUSES WILL ONLY CARRY THE GOSPELS OF THE FATHER. YOU WILL NOTICE THAT THE GOSPEL OF THE FATHER WILL BE TELEVISED IN NOVEMBER IN ANAMBRA STATE AND IN BENDEL STATE VERY SOON. ETHIOPIA SHALL RISE It is a thing of joy for people to listen to the gospel proceeding out from the mouth of God. We should, therefore, be prepared to carry these gospels to those who are not as fortunate as ourselves. It is not given that we should come in here to be healed of our infirmities or to do one thing or the other. The Holy Spirit Himself has come, and it is left for us to do what the Holy Spirit has told us to do. NOW THE HOLY SPIRIT HAS COME, HE HAS HEALED ALL OUR INFIRMITIES AND HAS DELIVERED UNTO US ALL THAT HE SHOULD DELIVER UNTO US. Many people contemplate within their minds whether they will have money, wife and children, if they have love. THAT HAS NOT BEEN THE CONDITION KEPT FOR YOU IF YOU SHOW THE EXPRESSION OF LOVE. THE CONDITION IS THAT IF YOU HAVE LOVE, THEN THE COMFORTER WILL COME. You have heard it said that Ethiopia shall rise. If it were of money or wisdom, population or civilization, the whites are better off. And so what would induce the black man to go to Europe and America to preach to the whites? WHAT WOULD BE YOUR SOURCE OF RISING UP AGAIN? THE HOLY SPIRIT WHO ACTS IN SECRET AND SEES IN SECRET HAS REVEALED THAT LOVE TO THE AFRICANS IN ORDER TO FULFILL THAT WHICH WAS STATED LONG AGO. I am giving you this gospel so that it may be clear to you that the Republican Status given to you means love bestowed to you by the Holy Spirit; not only in Nigeria but to all the nations of the world. It is expected that every person should have love. THIS IS THE REIGN OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. WE HAVE TO COMPLY WITH THE CONDITION GIVEN BY THE HOLY SPIRIT HIMSELF. YOU HAVE ALSO SEEN THE SIGNS OF HIS PRESENCE. The military has never before taken over the government of any Nation without killing all those who were in power, but today there are bloodless coups of the Military and this is a thing of great surprise to the entire world. Is it not a surprise to you that if you are found intoxicated with drinks as a Civil Servant, you are dismissed from the service? If you smoke, you are dismissed from the Civil Service. They now have tea as the only form of entertainment in the government offices. If you are found with any bottle of beer, you are dismissed from service. Hitherto, such was not the case. Many of those who are affected by the retrenchment exercise and layoffs and unemployment realize that these things are happening as a result of their bad conduct. Those who do their work and have love, have no problem. They are encouraged to stay even when they desire to retire. Condition For Discipleship In a very short time if you do not possess love you will not have any employment, you will not marry a husband, you will not have food to eat, you will not have any good thing. AND SO BRETHREN, IT IS MEET THAT AS WE HAVE HEARD THIS GOSPEL WE SHOULD POSSESS LOVE IN ORDER TO ENJOY THIS KINGDOM OF GOD. Your being a millionaire does not make you a disciple of Christ. Your being a king does not make you a disciple of Christ; no matter what you are, and the number of children you have, if you do not possess love you cannot be a disciple of Christ. If you have love, everyone will know that you are a disciple of Christ. If you like build a church, or a prayer house, build a healing home, give visions, give dreams, give prophecy, and do many other things. But if you do not show the expression of love, all these things cannot make you a disciple of Our Lord Jesus Christ. It is utter foolishness for you to pray to God to open your eyes or to give you the type of wisdom which was given to Solomon or to give you the power which will enable you to heal the sick. If you do not have love you will not accomplish anything, even with these. Our Second Lesson will now be read.
