New Leadership Opportunity for Nursing Manager in Galesburg River Crossing Rehab is currently seeking out an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing for our skilled nursing facility in Galesburg, IL. This individual will be a key member of the nursing management team – the ADON will assist the Director of Nursing with running the daily clinical operations of the facility. Successful candidates must be actively licensed RN’s within the state of Illinois and have over three years of experience working within SNF’s – management experience is preferred. River Crossing Rehab has over 100 beds and is located just off of I-74 and US-34. We provide a range of short-term sub-acute rehabilitation including ventilators, Dementia care, and long-term skilled nursing care - our home-like setting creates a feeling of community that benefits residents and brings comfort to families.
