Since it has been so long, here is our Shipping & Liquidation FAQ to answer any questions that you may have: Shipping FAQ Q - How much are your shipping prices? A- Shipping rates are Flat Rate as follows: USPS Small Box/Padded Envelope/Standard Envelope - $6.50 Medium Box - $12.50 Large Box - $16.50 Q - Why is there a small extra fee beyond what Im used to paying for flat rate USPS postage? A -I have a $1.00 handling fee. This helps take care of the large-volume printing, packing materials, etc. involved in getting everything ready to ship out. Q - What days do you ship? A - Every Tuesday. Although its usually just me working on all of this, and occasionally I will fall behind. Q - Why USPS Flat Rate? A - Its the easiest for me to do in the volume that I have been shipping out lately. Its a little more expensive, but its the safest, and the fastest available service. Q - How long will my package take to get to me once it is shipped? A - One of the best parts about USPS Flat Rate, is that no matter where you are in the country, unless there is some unforeseeable natural disaster, it usually takes 2-3 days to get to you. Q - Will I receive a tracking number? A - I try to input all email addresses when the labels are printed. You should receive a Click-n-Ship email from USPS once the label is printed, and once the item has been scanned by USPS. Q - Will you charge me for a larger box and hold shipment until its full? A - Absolutely!! I love doing this to help you save on shipping. I can also upgrade your box to any of the larger sizes. Q - I see that you charge sales tax. Is there tax on shipping? A - No, we do not charge sales tax on shipping. Q - Why dont you offer free shipping? A - Heart and Soul is a one-woman operation, and shipping is too expensive to offer for free. I dont have a large corporation backing me like Amazon does. (But thats also why when you send me private message, you get a real, heartfelt response, and not computer generated mumbojumbo. ) Q - Do you ship internationally? A - I try. I really do. Blessings, Carly ~♥~ Added - July 30th Heart and Soul Liquidation Sale FAQ Q - I keep seeing words like clearance and liquidation on your Facebook page. Are you closing your store? A - Yes. I closed the store back in March, after a long struggle with my health following an injury. I was no longer able to run the shop on my own. Then after several months, I also discovered that running an online shop wasnt for me either. Q - Not too long ago, you had said that youd be opening your Online Store early, and then you made the liquidation announcement. What happened? A - I wanted to open the store early to get everything moving while I continued to put products up on the site. Unfortunately, the whole process became overwhelming, and I decided that the world of Online Retail wasnt for me, or Heart and Soul. Q - Why dont you accept Paypal from everybody as a form of payment? A - Square keeps track of our income and taxes for us, just like a register. It also costs us less than Paypal does. Q - What are your shipping costs? A - Please refer to our earlier Shipping FAQ. Q - How long will your liquidation take? A - Im uncertain at this point. I have other stores stepping in to purchase some of what we have left, but there is still quite a bit left to put on Facebook. Keep an eye out! Q - How can I help? A - Mystery Boxes are awesome packages that I put together myself to create an awesome assortment of surprises just for you!
