New NAPO REWARDS at The Container Store To Our Great NAPO Partners, Were honored to have partnered with NAPO on many different levels for decades and so appreciate the incredible support of the professional organizing community! As you may know, in 2008, we elevated our NAPO partnership with a program that provided NAPO members an exclusive, everyday 20% discount on elfa®, a 20% discount on TCS Installation Services, and a 10% discount on all other products. To date, The Container Store hasnt offered any other organization or industry an everyday discount. Just like you, were always looking for ways to innovate, elevate and enhance our products and our services. So, were excited to announce a new program for NAPO members that will offer an even richer benefit. Starting January 7, 2015, the everyday NAPO discount will be replaced with a wonderful NAPO Rewards Program and were excited to share the details below: Active NAPO Professional and Provisional members who purchase $3,000 or more of product and/or installation from The Container Store in a calendar year, will receive 10% of your total eligible purchases back on a NAPO Rewards Card thats redeemable for product at The Container Store. Both regular price AND sale merchandise apply toward your total eligible annual purchases. With the current NAPO program, NAPO members do not receive a benefit when merchandise is on sale for greater than the NAPO discount. For example, when elfa® is on sale for 30% off during Our Annual elfa® Sale, there is no additional benefit to NAPO members for purchasing elfa®. But now, youll receive the sale price PLUS be eligible to receive an ADDITIONAL 10% back on purchases at The Container Store if youve surpassed the $3,000 threshold in a calendar year. The new NAPO Rewards Program will also offer an improved NAPO member identification process when checking out in our stores. This change is the result of your feedback regarding your colleagues being able to shop in our stores without the primary NAPO member being present. So, NAPO members no longer have to show a photo ID to validate membership once youve shown your or your companys NAPO ID and are identified in our system. What does this mean? Your employees can now provide your, or your companys NAPO ID number at check out, pay with your companys business credit card and the purchase will be credited to your total annual purchase. Therefore, it is necessary that purchases are made through your companys credit card, rather than a clients credit card, check or cash, as part of our new NAPO Rewards Program. Unlike our previous program, our receipts will no longer show the discount you receive. Your receipt will state you are a NAPO member but will otherwise be identical to our other receipts. This is another change you have asked for and were excited to make it happen as part of our new NAPO Rewards Program. At the end of 2015, if you have spent at least $3,000 in product and/or installation at The Container Store during the year, you will receive 10% of your total eligible, annual purchases on your NAPO Rewards Card redeemable for product at The Container Store.
